Cash on Delivery (COD) is available. You pay the delivery person after receiving and checking your parcel. Delivery charge is added to the product price at checkout or confirmed with you on WhatsApp.
Orders placed through the website or WhatsApp are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp message before dispatch. Please provide a correct name, phone number and full delivery address to avoid delays.
Delivery times may be longer during Eid, national holidays, severe weather, hartal or courier disruption. We will keep you updated.

We want every child to love their toy. If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right.
If you receive a damaged or defective toy, you may request a replacement within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
Exchange because of a change of mind or wrong size/choice is possible within 7 days only if the toy is unopened and unused; the customer pays the delivery charge both ways.
Our standard remedy is replacement. A refund is made only if we cannot replace the item, and it is sent via bKash, Nagad or bank transfer within 5-7 working days after we receive the returned toy.

An order is accepted only after we confirm it by phone, WhatsApp or email. We may decline or cancel orders for reasons including stock shortage, incorrect details, or suspected fraud.
Cash on Delivery is available. Please keep the exact amount ready when your parcel arrives. Repeated refusal of confirmed COD parcels may lead to restriction of future orders.
Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy (Inside Dhaka 80 BDT, Outside Dhaka 150 BDT).
Damaged or defective toys are covered by our 7-day replacement guarantee as described in our Return & Exchange Policy.
