How to Request a Replacement

Contact us on WhatsApp (+8801925786086) or email (info@maruftoy.shop) within 7 days of delivery.
Share your order number, a clear photo/video of the damage or defect, and ideally an unboxing video.
Keep the toy, original packaging and all accessories ready for pickup or return.

Conditions

The toy must be unused (apart from checking the defect) and in its original packaging.
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, water or normal wear is not covered.
If the same item is out of stock, we will offer an alternative toy of equal value or store credit.
Replacement shipping for damaged or defective items is paid by Maruf Toy.

Exchange for Other Reasons

Exchange because of a change of mind or wrong size/choice is possible within 7 days only if the toy is unopened and unused; the customer pays the delivery charge both ways.

Refunds

Our standard remedy is replacement. A refund is made only if we cannot replace the item, and it is sent via bKash, Nagad or bank transfer within 5-7 working days after we receive the returned toy.
